Allen Park Chiropractor John M. Hofmann, D.C.
“Just minutes after I was born I received my very first chiropractic adjustment!”
I was born at home. The adjustment was given by my father, also a chiropractor. This was done to make sure that no problems occurred during the delivery and my nervous system and spine were working properly.
All through my childhood my sister Wende, who is also a chiropractor and married to a chiropractor, and I regularly received adjustments to keep us healthy. Many of my friends on the football teams I played on also had chiropractic care. In fact several are now Doctors of Chiropractic themselves.
From My Earliest Years I Wanted To Be a Chiropractor
The many miracles I’ve witnessed through chiropractic and its benefits to our patients have assured me that I made the right choice. During the course of a typical day it is usual for me to adjust patients from over eighty years old to little babies.
On a Personal Note…
My lovely wife is named April and we have three beautiful children. By the way, I also adjusted them right after they were born.
The Riverview school system provided my grammar and high school education. I received both a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Post-graduate courses in nutrition and chiropractic help keep my “free hours” busy. I am a member of the International Chiropractors Association, and have served in several positions in the Michigan Association of Chiropractors.
